Bruce Highway Upgrade – A Queensland TMR Collaborative Project
A joint venture between Fulton Hogan and Seymour Whyte on behalf of the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, E7 has been this project’s primary reference tool since 2018, capturing almost 10 000 comments, 6 500 photographs, and nearly 280 000 labour hours so far.
Clough – Port Moresby Power Station
Because this was a remote location, Clough challenged their normal way of working and applied Lean principles to support faster decision making, monthly project controls and reporting.
QCLNG – Surat North
E7 was the primary reference for project data and progress information and was deployed since the project’s inception in 2015.
Origin’s APLNG Collaborative Well Delivery program
After four successful years of program delivery, the team introduced E7 to help reach their next level of improvement. E7 has been the central source of project data since 2016.
E7 was used daily, across the majority of the QCLNG project, as the single source of truth for making key decisions that affected project delivery, including schedule and cost.
Origin’s APLNG MPC Kinetic QCLNG – Surat North
E7 was used for work planning, progress and cost capture, daily diary creation, change management, and ongoing productivity reporting on MPC Kinetic’s QCLNG contracts.
