John Whitmire outlined his excitement to become part of the E7 team
I am delighted to join E7, an organisation with a proven track record in supporting major projects and am excited about the potential that we have to support the delivery of works across North America.
E7 are market leaders in Australia, where they have supported the delivery of over 300 projects valued at over A$30 billion and bring a level of rigour insight and project efficiency that has the potential to improve project productivity for owners, contractors and supply partners.
This is a truly exciting time to join an organisation that provides outstanding technology that enables every level of a construction project to have a complete view of activity, costs, budgets and schedules. As a result, E7 empowers project teams to make decisions in real-time, which greatly improves efficiency and accountability across every facet of an advanced work package.
Before joining E7, John gained over 20 years’ experience in the engineering, design and deployment of software systems across the construction, infrastructure and resources sectors working for leading organisations such as Bentley Systems, CFD Research Corporation and Mississippi State University’s Engineering Research Centre. John has supported the delivery of software solutions for leading global brands including AECOM, Bechtel, BP, Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell, Jacobs and Exxon Mobil.
John will be based in Huntsville, Alabama, and will be supported by E7’s Australian arm in addition to further investments that will be made in US capability and people.
