As a client, user or stakeholder of E7, we hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well during the current Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.

We thought it appropriate to provide you with an operational update, as like you, we have many questions about how we, our clients and partners, will operate in the coming weeks and months.

As a smaller business, we are very conscious of the health and wellbeing of our team members and have instigated remote working practices where ever possible and will continue to monitor the current situation. At all times, we will act in line with the latest directives from the State and Federal Governments and their associated health agencies as a minimum.

As a cloud-based software provider, we are fully operational and do not envisage any interruption to our software, systems and support services. We will continue to operate, and our team are ready to support you and your projects.

We also understand the needs of industry and the role we all play in workplace health and safety and will naturally comply with the policies and procedures for site visits, meetings and training sessions as laid down by any client organisation. All E7 team members have access to technology and resources to facilitate video conferences rather than face to face meetings and are already using such facilities to support ongoing project requirements.

We believe that our customers will benefit from the collaborative capabilities of E7 more so than ever before as project stakeholders are able to be connected with clear-line of sight, whether physically on-site or working remotely. We also expect to see more users of E7 that typically operate from the site office be able to perform their key duties with the help of E7 remotely.
